PDV Open refund policy

1. 7 days to ask for your money back

If PDV Open is not what you expected, you can ask for a full refund of the licence or of a module within 7 calendar days of the purchase, without having to give a reason.

Before buying, you can use the free trial to check that the system works on your computer and with your equipment.

2. How to ask for it

You have two options:

• Email us at [email protected] from the address you used for the purchase; or
• Ask Hotmart directly at purchase.hotmart.com (your Hotmart purchases), with the email you used for the purchase, or through Hotmart's support.

3. How the money is returned

• The refund is processed by Hotmart, the platform that took the payment, and the money goes back to the payment method you used. How long it takes to show depends on your bank. Because the charge was made in Mexican pesos, the amount you see in rand may vary with the exchange rate.
• Once the refund is approved, the licence key or the module from that purchase is deactivated.

4. After the 7 days

After that period, purchases are not refundable, except where the applicable law requires it. If the system does not work as described, write to us anyway: we want to sort it out.
